It's hard to get excited for Neil Diamond night since I don't know any of his songs (except for Sweet Caroline, which apparently Carly was supposed to sing, tear) ALSO its so lame that they have to sing 2 ND songs- I do NOT have high hopes for this night
Elise: haha simon is showing chest hair. wow sayesha looks beautiful with that hair


Jason is up first singing a song about blue jeans and it's helllla boring, I love him but this song sucks.
Lindsay: he was pleasant but nothing special

We have to wait until after both songs to hear the judges comments btw.
Next is D Cook, my fave right now. He busts out the electric guitar and sings a song called I'm Alive which I totally thought was going to be like the original for that Celine Dion song, but it wasn't. It wasn't bad, the song was kind dumb but he is still awesome.
Lindsay: David Cook is now better than his lame competition.

Next is Brooke, who plays the acoustic guitar and sings I'm a Believer (from Shrek) which I didn't know was a Neil Diamond song. It's ok, the beginning was kinda rough, but I thought it was a little better towards the end, but still, no.
Elise: oy that was NOT good,she is really losing her touch. did u see paula dancing shes so stupid


Archie is singing Sweet Caroline (which will always remind me of Red Sox games, omg more tears, go sox!) It's not bad but it's just such a cheeesy song. But pretty decent.
Elise: omg hes so cute
Lindsay: DAVID A RUINED A GOOD SONG and randy jackson is smoking crack and blowing up the smoke up daivd a's ass

Syesha is up next and says its going to be a "me concert" god i hope not, worst concert ever.
She's singing a song called Hello Again, and whoah hello straight hair (either extensions of her fro is really all that hair). She looks pretty but snooooze. Go home. Why did Neil Diamon write such boring songs? I think she has extensions.
Elise: she looks SO different! do u think she has extensions in right now? even though i hate her she is really good

Randy says: Jason was ok, David C- good, Brooke- karaoke, Archie- the bomb, Sy- strong but not great
Paula: Jason- good lower register, wait what we only heard one song. Omg that was so weird. She commented on a song he didn't even sing yet and gave him BAD review, wtf is this rigged was she going to give him a bad review no matter what- they tote want him to go. Moving on. Oh this is going too fast I can't keep up, whatevs they all kinda sucked.
Elise: HAHAHA paula is SO stupid. I think she's drunk.



Jason 2- September Morn (?) It's a slow one and its really boring. I don't have a good feeling about this, I think JJ is gonna get kicked out tomorrow:( Randy did NOT like it- just ok, whatever. TRUE THAT. Now Paula can comment. Wait maybe Jason wants to get kicked off? so he can do his own thing and stop singing these lame ass songs. Understandable.


DAVID COOK again- acoustic guitar this time! Oh he's wearing a suit jacket with flames on the sleeves. This part fo the song is better, when he belts more. PUT YOUR FREAKING HANDS DOWN. sorry they are in my way. This song still kinda sucks, even though David was good.
Randy liked it, paula is proud of him and basically calls him the winner. Simon thought this song was brilliant (huh?) Eh whatever just give him the title and lets call this a season


Brooke 2- playing the piano with a slower song. She even wrote the lyrics on her hands so she doesnt mess up (how can she see if she's playing the piano??) This is better but still kinda crappy. Randy says nice job, Paula says it worked and Simon says he hated the first song and liked this one (basically she can't do anything except sing slow songs at the piano). Cute dress Brooke.
Lindsay: Brooke's first song made me want to cry it was so awkward, but the second was she was defnitely back to the "good brooke"

David A sings America (which I bet Michael Johns wouldve sang this, I miss him). I know this song too actually( unfortunately). Archie is cheesier than a box of wacky mac but it gets him the votes i guess. Paula mumbles and slurs that she loves him and Simon says his song choice was clever (or the voters are retarded and only like people who sings songs about America)
Lindsay: David A needs to stop making me gag, first he ruined a classic B-town song, then he took a note from the Kritsy Lee Cook "how to win votes on AI" book, and sang the lamest song ever- ps notice how there was literally one line in the whole song- since he keeps forgetting his lyrics (which the judges conveniently NEVER mention) he wussed out and just went with a song that was just "coming to america" over and over and over11


Sayesha is singing a song called Thank The Lord for the Nighttime. Actually this is kinda cool, I'm just glad she's not singing a ballad again. It's kinda like a gospel song and I don't hate it.
Randy didn't love it, but says he likes her in "this". Paulas mumbling again and I don't even care Simon says its the strangest show they;ve ever done and I AGREE- if strangest means suckiest. He thinks she may be in trouble tonight, I HOPE.
Lindsay: Sayesha was good but I still could care less about her and her personality irks me


OK finally this night over. I'm sad that it was so bad. Here's hoping Syesha gets the boot!!
